1. Question: How can I check if my order was successfully placed?

Answer: Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete with the correct email address until you reach the page containing your order number. Please note to check your spam folder, as well as your email, may have filtered into that folder. 

Question: Can my delivery address be changed after i place my order?

2. Answer: No, If there is an error on the billing and/or shipping information that you have provided, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process. Please contact your financial institution for more details on when you will see the funds reflect back into your account. 

3. Question: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?

Answer: Standard Shipping:  5-10 business days. No signature required.


4. Question: Do you ship worldwide or only in the USA?

Aswer: We ship worldwide! International shipping roughly takes between 5-15 business days in transit (depending on your location). Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. Please contact your local postal service for more information on customs and duties.

5. Question: How can I track my order? 

Answer: Your order will process for 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information.  Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. 

6. Q: What if my tracking says order delivered but I did not receive it?

Answer: Please contact USPS to resolve the issue or file a claim. Skin Souffle is not responsible for packages that have been delivered. 

 7. Question, what if i want to change my order after i place it?

Answer: We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
 

8. Question: I received my order but it is damaged, what do i do?

Answer: In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition [we truly apologize!] Please contact our team Info@skinsouffle.net with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
